Demi Lovato finds nothing wrong with being confident.
In fact, the "Cool for the Summer" singer candidly shared insight into when she feels her best self.
"I feel the most confident when I'm having sex," Demi, who is dating musician Jutes, told the LadyGang podcast in a Sept. 19 episode. "Cause you're so present that you're not thinking about what is actually like…what clouds your judgement throughout the rest of the day, or at least that's how it is for me. It's not that way for everybody."
Regardless, there are some instances when the "Confident" singer can't seem to shake off the butterflies, telling People in a Sept. 18 article that she gets nervous if "it's like a televised show or performance, or my boyfriend is in the audience. I get nervous if he's there."
Demi and Jutes first sparked romance rumors in August 2022, with a source close to Demi telling E! News at the time that the couple had been "secretly dating for months now."
"Demi and Jutes met while working on music together," the insider added. "Things are going really well and they have a lot in common. They bond over music."
Since then, the duo have enjoyed date nights at Disneyland, as well as the 2023 Grammys. In March, Demi rang in Jutes' 32nd birthday with a sweet tribute for the artist, calling him, "gorgeous, funny, sexy, talented."
"I've waited my whole life to find you," she wrote on Instagram, "and I can't wait to celebrate so many more birthdays together."
